Antioxidant-rich foods: Include foods high in antioxidants, like berries, green leafy vegetables, and colorful fruits and vegetables. These help protect reproductive cells from oxidative stress.

Hydration: Staying hydrated is essential for all bodily functions, including the reproductive system. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, and include herbal teas, which is thought to support reproductive health.

Limit caffeine and alcohol: Excessive caffeine and alcohol can negatively affect fertility. It’s recommended to limit caffeine intake to around 200-300 mg per day (equivalent to one 12-ounce cup of coffee) and to avoid alcohol or limit it to a small amount if you are actively trying to conceive.

Avoid processed and refined foods: Minimise processed foods, fried foods, and anything with excess sugar or trans fats. These can lead to hormonal imbalances and may negatively affect fertility.
